It’s lovely to hear from many individuals in our community that a visit to our Knaresborough shop uplifts them and helps them feel connected. Here, Assistant Manager Louise Allmey, shares her story:
“We always go out of our way to welcome customers and give them an enjoyable experience when they visit our shop.
“Whether it’s looking at our lovingly crafted displays, browsing through our pre-loved items or listening to the vintage music that we have playing, we often hear that they go away uplifted and happy.
“We go above and beyond to make sure our regulars can visit our feel-good boutique. For example, we’ll always help make their way in as accessible as possible and we’re happy to call a taxi to take customers home.
“We have some good laughs together while people are browsing and they’re often humming the song that’s on.
“Reading the wonderful comments in our visitors’ book makes it all worth it. I’m so pleased we can bring joy to the people in our community.”
