New retail hub coming soon!
We’re excited to be launching a brand new retail venture later this year in Knaresborough.
The Retail Hub will power our local charity shops and hospice care: a central base for collecting and sorting donations, selling online and bringing our team together.
With secondhand fashion bigger than ever, we’re taking this very exciting step to meet our community’s demand for great quality preloved clothes, books and homeware. And, with protecting our planet so important to us and today’s customers, we’ll be able to reduce waste, be more efficient and develop new ways to reduce our ecological impact.
Love a browse on eBay or Vinted? We’ll be boosting our shops’ online presence so you can buy wherever and whenever you like. Find out more about our eBay shop.

Get involved:
We’re looking for volunteers to join us in Knaresborough.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in any of the following:
- Photography and online listing e.g. eBay, Vinted and Depop
- Styling clothes and/or furniture and creating standout window displays
- Upcycling and repurposing
- Sorting, pricing and steaming donated clothing- perfect if you know your brands!
- Driving our vans to collect and deliver stock
