We Are Really Proud To Launch Our First Ever Dedicate a Daisy Appeal
This summer, Saint Michael’s Hospice is excited to launch our very first Dedicate a Daisy Appeal, a special way for you to remember loved ones while supporting the vital care we provide.
You can dedicate a handcrafted metal daisy in memory of someone dear. Each daisy will be part of a beautiful display at Crimple House, overlooking the iconic viaduct, before being yours to take home during our ‘Pick Your Daisy’ weekend on 18th–19th July. We hope these lasting symbols of love will brighten gardens across the community all year round.
Proud Hospice ambassador and Paralympian Lottie McGuinness, whose family received hospice care in 2018, shares how dedicating a daisy to her grandpa is a touching tribute that honours his memory and the support her family experienced.
Beth Crewe , Relationships team manager from Saint Michael’s says, “We are incredibly proud to launch this appeal. Each daisy tells a story, and together, they create a powerful space for remembrance and celebration. Our aim is to sell 1,500 daisies, help us reach this goal and make a difference for families facing terminal illness.”
Every purchase supports our expert care and the comfort we provide to patients and their families. Whether or not you have a direct connection to the hospice, please join us in this meaningful campaign.
