Volunteers, staff and members of the local Ripon community have come together to create a thrifty gift window with all of the fabulous items here lovingly handmade from items we were not able to sell.
The crafts include special messages sharing our commitment to reducing waste and improving our environmental footprint- an important part of our charity’s dedication to building a positive future for our community. Polly Harvey, our Ripon shop manager said “We’re so grateful to everyone who has helped us put together this display by making beautiful crafts out of items which would otherwise have gone to waste. We really value all our volunteers’ time and creativity in helping us communicate our aim to reduce, reuse and recycle this Christmas.”
