As part of our strategic commitment to reach 50% more people by 2027, we’re sharing our services in numbers this December.
Our specialist services cared for 64 new people living with a terminal illness in December. These services include our Inpatient Unit, as well as our Lymphoedema, MND, Breathing Space, Complementary Therapy and Advance Care Planning services.
Our wellbeing services – including our drop-in service, 1:1 support and wellbeing volunteers – supported 21 new people in December. These services support people living with terminal illness, as well as their families and carers.
Our community healthcare assistants made 893 home visits across the Harrogate district this December, supporting people at the end of their lives in the place they call home.
