We had the very special opportunity today to help Steve, who is currently staying on our inpatient unit, and Ann, his new wife celebrate their marriage with a wedding here at Saint Michael’s.
The newlyweds were joined by close family for a ceremony and photos on our veranda followed by lovely lunch and fizz. The sun has been shining while they created precious memories.
Steve said: “the team here has been absolutely amazing- they couldn’t be better.”
Ann added: “Saint Michael’s is second to none. We are so grateful.”
Their family shared how “it’s the little touches which have made it such as the fresh flowers in Steve’s room every day and the ways in which the staff have made him feel so comfortable.
“Steve’s really been enjoying the views of the grounds from his room and sitting on the balcony. He’s been relaxing with the special jacuzzi bath too.
“We appreciate how everyone has looked after mum too while she’s been staying. They have all been so friendly and welcoming.
“Thank you to Saint Michael’s for going the extra mile.”
