We had our biggest ever team in 2022 – let’s try and beat that in 2023!
Be part of the magic and join next year’s Great North Run, raising vital funds for local people living with terminal illness and bereavement.

Entry is just £30 – prices held at last year’s entry fee
We ask that all participants raise £300 or more in sponsorship.

Join Team Purple for the world’s largest half marathon!

The iconic city to coast 13.1-mile route starts from Newcastle city centre, passing through Jesmond, Haymarket, Monument and Central Station before arriving at the Newcastle side of the Tyne Bridge.

All our Great North Run participants will receive:

· A fundraising pack bursting with fundraising tips and exclusive discounts

· Training pack

· Regular e-newsletters

· Support from our cheer squads who will help ensure you get an extra boost on the day!

· Access to the North Yorkshire Hospice Homecare marquee at the finish line, where you will be greeted by our supportive fundraising team with a treat bag!
