Behaviour framework

What is our behaviour framework?

Our behaviour framework takes our organisational values and puts them in the context of our everyday work. It’s a simple reference tool to show how we can live out our values in the way we behave towards each other, our communities and the wider world.

Why is our behaviour framework important?

When caring for people living with terminal illness and bereavement, and supporting our teams who do, it’s essential that everyone in our charity demonstrates compassion and puts people first.

Additionally, being collaborative, responsive and professional means our teams will work well together and achieve the best possible outcomes.
